In Geneva, March 3, 1961, Anna Karina becomes Mrs. Godard. Two years earlier, she had refused to appear in Jean-Luc’s first feature film, Breathless that would have required she appear nude. But she later acted in Le Petit Soldat and in all they would make eight films together.
